Cancellation and Refund Policy for Domestic purchase

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made 3 days of placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to such sellers / merchant(s) listed on the Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them, or the product is out for delivery. In such an event, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report to our customer service team. The request would be entertained once the seller/ merchant listed on the Platform, has checked and determined the same at its own end. This should be reported within 3 days of receipt of products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 3 days of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding the products that come with a warranty from the manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
In case of any refunds approved by FREEMAN ROBOTS, it will take 7 days for the refund to be credited to you.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for International purchase

This policy outlines the conditions under which you ("Importer," "Buyer," "Distributor") may cancel an order or request a refund for Gardro purchased from Freeman Robots. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are only accepted within 3 days of placing the order and must be requested in writing via email to freemanrobots@gmail.com
Orders that have already been processed, shipped, or are out for delivery cannot be cancelled.
If cancellation is not possible due to shipping initiation, the Buyer may reject the product at the delivery point, but will be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties.

2. Refund Eligibility

A. Damaged or Defective Products

If Gardro is damaged or defective upon arrival, the Buyer must notify Freeman Robots within 3 days of receipt.
The Buyer must provide:
- Photos and/or videos showing the defect.
- Proof of purchase and tracking details.
Freeman Robots will assess the claim and, if approved, will either:
- Offer a replacement unit, or
- Provide a partial or full refund based on the extent of the defect.
The Buyer must retain the original packaging until the claim is resolved.

B. Product Not as Expected

If the product differs significantly from the description on our website or agreed specifications, the Buyer must report the issue within 3 days of delivery.
Freeman Robots will review the case and may offer a replacement, exchange, or partial refund based on the investigation outcome.

C. Warranty-Related Issues

If Gardro develops an issue after the 3-day reporting period, the Buyer should refer to the Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy.
Freeman Robots is not responsible for warranty claims beyond the standard return window.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be credited through the original payment method (e.g., wire transfer, credit card, PayPal).
Bank charges, currency conversion fees, and international transaction fees are non-refundable.

4. Important Notes

Return shipping costs, import duties, and customs clearance fees for returned products are the Buyer's responsibility, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect.
Any product returned without prior authorization from Freeman Robots will not be eligible for a refund.
Freeman Robots reserves the right to refuse refunds for cases where the product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
